Online Banking Security Updates

At Westfield Bank, the security of your account(s) is very important to us. We have made some changes to improve your online banking security.

Beginning May 18, 2017, when logging into your online banking profile, you will no longer see a security image and passphrase. From this screen, you will simply enter your password to continue to your online banking profile.

The first time you log in to online banking on or after May 18th, you will be asked to reset your security questions. You will only have to do this once, either on the Westfield Bank Mobile App or your desktop.
